midlife, mindsets and what’s next…

real convos and figuring it out as we go…

what is this all about??

There comes a point where a lot of us start quietly wondering…
“Okay… now what?”

Life shifts. Priorities change. And somewhere in the middle of it all, there’s this little feeling that maybe there’s still something more meant for you too.

That’s what Buckle Up! We’ll Figure It Out… is all about.

Hosted by Beth Deehan, this podcast is a space for honest conversations about midlife, mindset, reinvention, and finding your spark again — without pretending to have all the answers.

Each episode feels a little like sitting down with a friend over coffee… or honestly, whatever you’re pouring into your coffee cup these days (no judgement)… talking about the exciting stuff, the hard stuff, the funny stuff, and all the unexpected twists that come with figuring out what’s next.

You’ll hear conversations with inspiring women, experts, entrepreneurs, dreamers, moms, and people simply brave enough to try something new.

No perfection.
No pressure.
Just real conversations, real connection, and the reminder that maybe we’re all a little more capable than we think we are.

meet Beth…

Beth Deehan is a wife, mom of four, voiceover artist, and someone who’s right there in the middle of figuring out this whole “next chapter” thing too.

After years spent raising kids, building a career, and moving through all the different seasons life brings, Beth started feeling that little whisper so many women hear at some point:

“Okay… what about me now?”

Not in a dramatic, run-away-and-change-her-name kind of way.
Just in a real-life, honest, maybe-there’s-still-more-here-for-me kind of way.

So instead of pretending to have life all figured out, she started this podcast to have real conversations with women who are trying new things, reinventing themselves, chasing ideas, starting over, taking risks, finding joy again — or simply learning to listen to themselves a little more closely.

With warmth, humor, curiosity, and plenty of “same here” moments, Beth hopes Buckle Up! We’ll Figure It Out… feels less like a podcast… and more like a conversation you didn’t know you needed.

Episodes…

Episode 1: From a Whisper to a Spark!

The first episode is officially here! I’m kicking things off with a little bit of my own story — and how one quiet “what’s next?” eventually turned into this podcast.

If you’ve ever wondered what might be next for you, this one’s for you. ✨

Episode 3: The Good Girl, the Corporate Badass & the Woman Underneath

After 37 years in corporate sales, Christi Civalier knows what it looks like to succeed on the outside — and what can happen when you start questioning who you are underneath all of it.

We talk about identity, outside validation, trusting that little voice, and giving yourself permission to redefine what success looks like in your next chapter. ✨

Episode 2: A Friendship Worth Building On

What happens when two friends stop asking “what if?” and start asking “why not?”

Erin and DeeDee of Cedar & Deed join me to talk friendship, fixer-uppers, taking chances, and figuring things out as they go.

A conversation about finding your spark — and not limiting yourself to what you’ve always done. ✨

New episodes every other Tuesday. 🎙️

A little ‘Buckle Up!’ for your morning coffee.

Because none of us has it all figured out — and that’s kind of the point.

The Buckle Up! mug is a cheerful little reminder to embrace the detours and enjoy the ride.
